Procedure of the Traffic Control Board (Revocation) Rules,
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54 of the
Traffic Regulation Ordinance and by article 43 of the Authority for
Transport in Malta Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport
and Communications has, after consultation with the Authority for
Transport in Malta, made the following rules

Reg. 1 Title and entry into force. — Procedure of the Traffic Control Board (Revocation) Rules,

(1) The title of these rules is the Procedure of the Traffic
Control Board (Revocation) Rules, 2011.

These rules shall come into force on the 3rd July,
2011.
