Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares) (Revocation) Regulations, 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 43 of the
Authority for Transport in Malta Act, the Minister for Infrastructure,
Transport and Communications has, after consultation with the
Authority for Transport in Malta, made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Title and entry into force. — Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares) (Revocation) Regulations, 2011

(1) The title of these regulations is the Motor Vehicles
(Tariff of Fares) (Revocation) Regulations, 2011.

These regulations shall come into force on the 3rd
July, 2011.
