AUTHORITY FOR TRANSPORT IN MALTA ACT

(CAP. 499)

Scheduled Public Transport Services (Revocation) Regulations,

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54 of the

Traffic Regulation Ordinance and by article 43 of the Authority for

Transport in Malta Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport

and Communications has, after consultation with the Authority for

Transport in Malta, made the following regulations

(1) The title of these regulations is the Scheduled Public

Transport Services (Revocation) Regulations, 2011.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 3rd

July, 2011.

1997 are hereby revoked.
