Motor Route Buses (Revocation) Regulations, 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54 of the
Traffic Regulation Ordinance and by article 43 of the Authority for
Transport in Malta Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport
and Communications has, after consultation with the Authority for
Transport in Malta, made the following regulations

Reg. 1 Title and entry into force. — Motor Route Buses (Revocation) Regulations, 2011

(1) The title of these regulations is the Motor Route

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 3rd
July, 2011.
