TRADING LICENCES ACT

Trading Licences (Amendment) (No. 8) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 17 of the Trading

Licences Act, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment

has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Trading Licences

(Amendment) (No. 8) Regulations, 2011 and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with the Trading Licences Regulations,

hereinafter in these regulations referred to as "the principal

regulations".

Paragraph 08 of the Second Schedule to the principal

regulations shall be amended as follows

(a)

item (d) of sub-paragarph (1) thereof shall be

deleted; and

(b) immediately after sub-paragraph (3) thereof there

shall be added the following new sub-paragraph

"(4) The provisions of this paragraph shall not

apply to temporary licences issued under regulations 9, 10

and 11 of the Activities requiring Permit by Local Councils

Regulations (S.L. 441.04).".
