Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Banking (Amendment) Act, 2011, the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment has established the 24th June, 2011, as the

date when all the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into

force.
