Local Councils Act (Amendment of the Fourth, Tenth and

Eleventh Schedule) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 47 A and 72 of

the Local Councils Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Local Councils Title.

Act (Amendment of the Fourth, Tenth and Eleventh Schedule)

Regulations, 2011 and they shall be read and construed as one with

the “Fourth Schedule”, the “Tenth Schedule” and the “Eleventh

Schedule” of the Local Councils Act hereinafter referred to as

the “Fourth Schedule”, the “Tenth Schedule” and the “Eleventh

Schedule” respectively.

In the Fourth Schedule after “Attard Industrial Estate Amends the Fourth

Limits of” for the word “Attard” there shall be substituted the Schedule.
