Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 3) Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports

Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 3) Order, 2011.

The property described in article 4 of this Order is hereby

being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use

and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such

designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

The designated property referred to in article 2 of this

Order shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport as

provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st January

2009.

The property referred to in article 2 of this Order is the

following, that is to say

The Bowling Pitch and Club at Vittoriosa registered as

Tenement No: G28031 having an area of approximately two

hundred eighty one square metres and thirty seven decimal

point five square metres respectively, and bounded on the North

East by Observer Street, on the South East by Saint Scholastica

Street and on the North West by Observer Street or more correct

boundaries as indicated edged in red and green on L.D.78/83.
