Commencement Notice of the Waste Regulations, 2011
BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 61 of the
Environment and Development Planning Act and in terms of sub-
regulation (2) of regulation 1 of the Waste Regulations, 2011, as
published by Legal Notice 184 of 2011 on the 10th of May, 2011,
the Prime Minister has established the 1st of June, 2011 as the date
when the provisions of the Waste Regulations, 2011 shall come
into force.
