VARIOUS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 23(2) of the

Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2011, the Minister responsible

for Local Government has established the 20th April, 2011, as the

date when the provisions of articles 23, 24, 25 and 26 of the said

Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
