Correction of article 848 of

the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 4(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

The words "three thousand and four hundred and ninety-four

euro and six cents (€3,494.06)" in article 848 of the Code of

Organization and Civil Procedure shall be deleted and there shall be

substituted therefor the words "one thousand, one hundred and sixty-

four euro and sixty-nine cents (€1,164.69)".
