Licensed Nominees (Fees) (Revocation) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 20A(2) of the

Malta Financial Services Authority Act, the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment, acting on the advice of the Malta Financial

Services Authority, has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Licensed

Nominees (Fees) (Revocation) Regulations, 2011.

(2) Nothing in these regulations shall be deemed to affect the

liability in respect of any fees under the Licensed Nominees (Fees)

Regulations prior to the entry into force of these regulations.

The Licensed Nominees (Fees) Regulations are hereby

revoked.
