BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2011

(ACT NO. IV OF 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 72(2)(b) of the

Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2011, Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment has established the 19th April, 2011, as the

date when the provisions of articles 74, 75, 76 and 77 of the said Act

shall come into force.
