Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Review

Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Subregulation (5) of regulation 3 of the principal

regulations shall be substituted by the following new subregulation

"(5)

The assistants appointed on the Fiscal Panel shall

be competent to deal with disputes under the following

legislation

(a)

the Income Tax Act;

(b)

the Import Duties Act;

(c)

the Duty on Documents and Transfers Act;

(d)

the Income Tax Management Act; and

(e)

the Excise Duty Act.".
