IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

In Article 10.2(a)(i) of the Schedule to the Double
Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (United States of America) Order,
for the words "at least to percent" there shall be substituted the words
"at least 10 percent".

The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has appointed
the 23rd November, 2010 as the date on which the correction made by
the Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come
into force.
