Correction of Laws Order, 2011
(Remote Gaming (Amendment) Regulations 2011 -
L.N. 90 of 2011)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

In paragraph (a) of subregulation (2) of regulation 1 for the
words "regulations 6 and 9 hereof on the 1st January, 2008; and" there
shall be substituted the words "regulations 7 and 10 hereof on the 1 st
January, 2008; and".

The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has appointed
the 11th March, 2011 as the date on which the correction made by the
Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into
force.
