Mooring Services (Amendment) Regulations, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 43 of the

Authority for Transport in Malta Act and article 27 of the Ports

and Shipping Act, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications, in consultation with the Authority for Transport

in Malta, has made the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Mooring Services

(Amendment) Regulations, 2011 and they shall be read and

construed as one with the Mooring Services Regulations, 2011,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

In item 5 of the Schedule to the principal regulations, for

the words “A levy of five per centum” there shall be substituted the

words “An administrative charge of five per centum”.
