BANKING (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011

(ACT NO. II OF 2011)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Banking (Amendment) Act, 2011, Minister of Finance, the Economy

and Investment has established the 18th March, 2011, as the date

when the provisions of articles 2(a)(ii), (iii), (v), (vi) and (vii), 3, 5,

11, 12, 14, 18(a), 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 33(b) of the said Act shall

come into force.
