Fees leviable by Government Departments (Amendment)

Regulations, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Fees Ordinance, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and

Communications, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance,

the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations-

The title of these regulations is the Fees leviable by

Government Departments (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 and

they shall be read and construed as one with the Fees leviable by

Government Departments Regulations, as originally published

under the Fees (Supply of Stamps by Post) Regulations, 1966,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

Under the heading “Ministry for Transport and

Communications”, in the Schedule to the principal regulations, the

words from “Postal Services” to the words “fifty cents or over…

0.29” in the same section, shall be deleted.
