COMMUNICATIONS LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010
(ACT NO. XII OF 2010)
Commencement Notice
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and by
articles 2(4), 3(2), 11(2), 18(2) and 78(2) of the Communication
Laws (Amendment) Act, 2010, hereinafter referred to as “the
Amending Act”, the Minister for the Infrastructure, Transport and
Communications has appointed the 15th October, 2010 as the date
when all the remaining articles of the Amending Act shall come
into force.
