COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities)

(No. 5) Order, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land Citation.

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 5) Order, 2010.

The land described in article 4 of this Order is hereby Specified Land.

specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Cap. 169.

Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified

in article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st January

2010, be deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks

Limited (C 28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the

Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is the Description.

following

(a) an area of land, including any building thereon,

at Safi shown bordered in red, but excluding the property

E21341 shown dotted in red and the borehole G. 44577

bordered in blue and also that area shown bordered in red

and dotted in blue already administered by Malta Industrial

Parks Limited in terms of an Order published in the Gazette

by Legal Notice No. 16/1994 on the 4th February, 1994, on

plan P.D. 2010_153B, which plan is enrolled in the Records

of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 12th July,

2010; and

(b) an area of land, including any building thereon, at

San Ġwann, shown bordered in red on plan P.D. 2009_751A

as well as another area of land, including any building

thereon at San Ġwann, shown bordered in red on plan P.D.

2009_753A, which plans are enrolled in the Records of

Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 17th May,

2010. B
