Notice of coming into force of the

Designated Financial Instruments Regulations, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 30 of the

Financial Markets Act and in terms of sub-regulation (2) of regulation

1 of the Designated Financial Instruments Regulations, 2009,

published by Legal Notice 140 of 2009 on the 30 th April, 2009, the

Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has established the

30 th September, 2010 as the date on which the said regulations shall

come into force.
