MEDICAL AND KINDRED PROFESSIONS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 31)

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance

(Amendment of Third Schedule) (No.2) Regulations, 2010

BY virtue of the power conferred by article 40A of the

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister for

Health, the Elderly and Community Care has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Medical Kindred

Professions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) (No.2)

Regulations, 2010, and they shall be read and construed as one

with the Third Schedule of the Medical and Kindred Professions

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as the “the Third Schedule”.

In Part A of the Third Schedule, immediately after

the International or other nonproprietary name or other trivial

name “MDMA, Tenamfetamine” and the Chemical name “dl-3,

4-methylenedioxy-N, α-dimethyl-phenylethylamine” there shall be

added the following

International or other nonproprietary

Chemical name

name or other trivial name

2-methylamino-1-(4-methylphenyl)

“mephedrone (4-methylmethcathinone)

propan-1-one”.
