Eco-Contribution Act (Amendment of Second Schedule)

Regulations, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13(c), the

Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs, with the concurrence of

the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment, has made

the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Eco-Contribution

Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations, 2010, and they

shall be read and construed as one with the Second Schedule of the

Eco-Contribution Act, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as

“the Second Schedule”.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 31st March, 2010.

In the footnote to the Second Schedule, for the words “1st

April, 2010” there shall be substituted the words “such date as may

be established by the Minister”.
