BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2010

(ACT I OF 2010)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 66(2) of the

Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2010, the Minister of

Finance, the Economy and Investment has established the 1st

January, 2010, as the date when the provisions of article 68 of the

said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
