FEES ORDINANCE
(CAP. 35)
Fees (Radiocommunications) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the
Fees Ordinance, the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and
Communications with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance,
the Economy and Investment, has made the following regulations -
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Fees
(Radiocommunications) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 and shall
be read and construed as one with the Fees (Radiocommunications)
Regulations, 1995 hereinafter referred to as “the principal
regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come
into force on the 2nd November, 2009.
Section II of the Schedule to the principal regulations
shall be amended as follows
(1) in item 7 thereof sub-item (a)(iii) shall be deleted;
(2) in item 10 thereof sub-item (c) shall be deleted;
(3) item 12 thereof shall be deleted and items 13 to 16
shall be renumbered as items 12 to 15 thereof;
(4) item 17 thereof shall be deleted and item 18 thereof
shall be renumbered as item 16 thereof;
(5) In item 16 thereof as renumbered shall be
substituted with the following
