PARTICIPATION AND GUARANTEES UNDER THE
EUROPEAN FINANCIAL STABILITY ACT, 2010
(ACT XIV OF 2010)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the
Participation and Guarantees under the European Financial Stability
Act, 2010, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment has
established the 3rd August, 2010, as the date when the provisions of
the said Act shall come into force.
