EXCISE DUTY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010

(ACT XIII OF 2010)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Excise

Duty (Amendment) Act, 2010, the Minister of Finance, the Economy

and Investment has established the 3rd August, 2010, as the date

when the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
