(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010

(ACT NO. VII OF 2010)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 39(2) of the

Various Laws (Criminal Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2010, the

Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications has

established the 30th July, 2010, as the date when the provisions of

articles 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44 of the said Act shall come into force.
