European Convention on Extradition (Fiscal Offences)

(Amendment) Order, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7 of the

Extradition Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made

the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the European Convention on

Extradition (Fiscal Offences) (Amendment) Order, 2010 and it shall

be read and construed as one with the European Convention on

Extradition (Fiscal Offences) Order, hereinafter referred to as the

"principal Order".

The Schedule to the principal Order shall be amended by the

addition of the following countries

Armenia

Azerbaijan

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Georgia

Israel

Moldova

Monaco

Montenegro

Romania

Serbia

South Africa

Switzerland
