Commissioners for Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 13 of the
Commissioners for Justice Act, the Minister for Justice and Home
Affairs has made the following regulations
The title of these regulations is the Commissioners for
Justice Act (Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 and they
shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the Act,
hereinafter in these regulations referred to as "the Schedule".
The Schedule shall be amended as follows
(a) in item 1 thereof, immediately after the words "at
prohibited place." there shall be added the following: "Articles
30, 34(1) and 46.";
(b) in item 2 thereof, immediately after the number
"163," there shall be inserted the number "166,"; and
(c) immediately after item 18 thereof, there shall be
added the following
"19. Motor Vehicles (Carriage of Goods by Road)
Regulations 2003 (Legal Notice 146 of 2003). Regulations
5, 68, 69, 72.
Motor Vehicles (Weights, Dimensions and
Equipment) Regulations, 2003 (Legal Notice 162 of 2003).
Regulations 3, 4, 5.
Motor Vehicles (Tariff of Fares) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2004 (Legal Notice 400 of 2004). Regulation
4(4).
Motor Tractors Regulations, 1979 (Legal
Notice 50 of 1979). Regulation 3.".
