GOVERNMENT BORROWING AND GRANTING OF LOANS

TO THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC ACT, 2010

(ACT III OF 2010)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Government Borrowing and Granting of Loans to the Hellenic

Republic Act, 2010, the Minister of Finance, the Economy and

Investment has established the 13th July, 2010, as the date when the

provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
