(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010

(ACT NO. VII OF 2010)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2(2), 37(2) and

63(2) of the Various Laws (Criminal Matters) (Amendment) Act,

2010, the Minister responsible for justice has established the 9th July,

2010, as the date when the provisions of articles 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,

15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33,

34, 35, 36, 38 and 64 of the said Act shall come into force.
