Yachting Centres (Amendment) Regulations, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 43(1) and

(3) of the Authority for Transport in Malta Act and articles 3 and

27 of the Ports and Shipping Act, the Minister for Infrastructure,

Transport and Communications, in consultation with the Authority

for Transport in Malta, has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Yachting

Centres (Amendment) Regulations, 2010 and they shall be read

and construed as one with the Yachting Centres Regulations, 1992,

hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come

into force on the 26th May, 2010.

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be

amended as follows

(a) paragraph (d) shall be deleted; and

(b)

paragraph (e) shall be renumbered as paragraph (d)

thereof.
