Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Laws (Civil Matters) (Amendment) Act, 2010, the Minister

responsible for justice has established the 29th June, 2010, as the date

when the provisions of articles 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,

17,20 and 21 of the said Act shall come into force.
