COMMISSIONER OF LAND ORDINANCE

(CAP. 169)

Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 3) Order, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No.3) Order, 2010.

The land described in article 4 of this Order is hereby

specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land

Ordinance.

The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in

article 4 of this Order shall, with effect from the 1st March 2010, be

deemed to have been exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C

28965) as provided in the aforesaid article 2 of the Ordinance.

The land referred to in article 2 of this Order is the

following

(a)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Paola shown bordered in red on plan P.D. 2009_757, which plan

is enrolled in the Records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a

deed of the 19th January, 2010; and

(b)

an area of land, including any building thereon, at

Mrieel, limits of Birkirkara, shown bordered in red on plan

P.D. 2009_571, which plan is enrolled in the Records of Notary

Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 1st February, 2010.
