Commencement Notice of the Waste Management
(Waste Batteries and Accumulators) Regulations, 2010
BY virtue of the powers conferred by article 9 of the
Environment Protection Act and in terms of regulation 1(2) of
the Waste Management (Waste Batteries and Accumulators)
Regulations, 2010, as published by Legal Notice 55 of 2010, the
Prime Minister has established the 30th of May, 2010 as the date
when the said regulations shall come into force.
