Correction of Laws Order, 2010 (L.N. 177 of 2010)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute
Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the
following correction

Reg. 1 Correction of the Control of Fireworks and other Explosives (Amendment) Regulations, — Correction of Laws Order, 2010 (L.N. 177 of 2010)

Regulation 10 of the Control of Fireworks and other
Explosives (Amendment) Regulations, 2010, shall be corrected as
follows
(a)
paragraph (b) thereof shall be deleted and
2010. subparagraph (c) thereof shall be renumbered as subparagraph
(b).

The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has appointed
the 23rd March, 2010 as the date on which the correction made by the
Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into
force.
