Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Amendment) Regulations, 2010

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74 (5)

and 75 (6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327). the Chancellor of the University

of Malta has promulgated the following regulations made by the Senate of the

University of Malta by v irtue of the powers conferred upon it by art icles 75

and 79 orthe said Act

I . These regulation s may be cited as the Secondary Education Certificate

E"amination (Amendment) Regulation s. 20 I a and shall bc read and constru ed as one

with Secondary Education Certificate Examination Regulations. 2005. publishcd as

Legal Notice 188 of 2005 . hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

Applicability

These regulatio ns shall apply to the examinations held from January 2013

For paragraph (I) of regulation 4 of the principal regulations there shall be

substituted the following

"4. (I) In the First Session the subjects offered s hall be the following

Accounting. Arabic, Art, Biology, Business Studies. Chemistry, Classical C ulture and

Civilisation, Commerce . Computing. Design and Technology, Economics, English

Language. English Literature, Environmental Studies, European Studies, French,
