COll rse (Amendment) Regulations, 2010

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon him by articles 74 (5)

and

75 (6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327), the Chancellor of the University

of Malta has promulgated the following regulations made by the Senate of the

University of Malta by vi rtlle of the powers conferred upon it by articles 75

and 79 of the said Act

Citation

These regulatio 11S Inay be cited as the Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours)-

B.Accty. (Hons) - Degree Course (Amendment) Regulations. 2010 and shall be read

and construed as one with the Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) - B.Accty. (Hons)-

Degree Course Regulations, 1998, published as Legal Notice 108 of 1998, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regulations".

Applicability

These regulations shall apply to courses commenc1l1g 111 October 2009 or

later.

Amendment to regulation 8 of the principal regulations

For paragraph (2) of regulation 8 of the principal regulations there shall be

substituted the following

"Final Examination

(2) The Final

Examination shall consist of five

papers

and

dissertation/project. A vivu voce examination may also be held."
