BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2010

(ACT No. I of 2010)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 54(2) of the

Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2010, the Minister of Finance,

the Economy and Investment has established the 14th May, 2010 as

the date when the provisions of articles 55, 56, 57, 58 and 59 to 63 of

the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
