Correction of Laws Order, 2010 (Cap. 331)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 7(3) of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980, the Law Commission has made the

following correction

(1)

In paragraph (j) of subarticle (7) of article 43 of the

Trusts and Trustees Act, for the words "individual nominal value does

not exceed one euro" there shall be substituted the words "individual

nominal value does not exceed three euro".

(2) In paragraph (a) of subarticle (11) of article 43 of the

Trusts and Trustees Act, for the words "individual nominal value

does not exceed one euro" there shall be substituted the words "their

individual nominal value does not exceed three euro".

The Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has appointed

the 1st January, 2008 as the date on which the correction made by the

Law Commission and published by this Legal Notice shall come into

force.
