BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT, 2010

(ACT No. I of 2010)

Notice of coming into force of Part IV

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 31(2) of the

Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2010, the Minister of Finance,

the Economy and Investment has established the 16 th April, 2010 as

the date when the provisions of articles 32 to 42 and 44 of Part IV of

the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
