Pensions Ordinance
(Employment with the Directorate for Quality and Standards
in Education) Order, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the
Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the
President has made the following order:-

Education) Order, 2010.

With effect from 19 November 2007, the Directorate
for Quality and Standards in Education, is being designated as an
entity with which an officer who terminates Government service
may take up full time employment in terms of article 8A of the
Ordinance and for the purposes thereof.
