Pensions Ordinance
(Employment with the Water Services Corporation) Order,
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the
Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the
President has made the following order:-

Reg. 2 Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance. — Pensions Ordinance

With effect from 20 January 1992, the Water Services
Corporation is being designated as an entity with which an
officer who terminates Government service may take up full time
employment in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance and for the
purposes thereof.
