Pensions Ordinance
(Employment with Heritage Malta) Order, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the
Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the
President has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance
(Employment with Heritage Malta) Order, 2010.

Reg. 2 Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance. — Pensions Ordinance

With effect from 1 January 2003, Heritage Malta is
being designated as an entity with which an officer who terminates
Government service may take up full time employment in terms of
article 8A of the Ordinance and for the purposes thereof.
