Pensions Ordinance (Employment with the Directorate for
Educational Services) Order, 2010
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the
Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the
President has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance
(Employment with the Directorate for Educational Services) Order,
2010.

Reg. 2 Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance. — Educational Services) Order, 2010

With effect from 19 November 2007, the Directorate for
Educational Services is being designated as an entity with which
an officer who terminates Government service may take up full
time employment in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance and for
the purposes thereof.
