Development Notification Order (Amendment), 2010

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred on it by article 31 of the

Development Planning Act, the Malta Environment and Planning

Authority has made the following Order

The title of this Order is the Development Notification Citation.

Order (Amendment), 2010, and it shall be read and construed as

one with the Development Notification Order, 2007, hereinafter L.N. 115 of 2007.
