Notice of coming into force of the Measures for the

Eradication of Brucellosis, Tuberculosis and Leucosis in Cattle

(Amendment) Rules, 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 5(1) of the

Veterinary Services Act and in accordance with the provisions of

regulation 1(2) of the Measures for the Eradication of Brucellosis,

Tuberculosis and Leucosis in Cattle (Amendment) Rules, 2009,

published by Legal Notice 208 of 2009, the Minister for Resources

and Rural Affairs, in concurrence with the Minister of Finance, the

Economy and Investment, has appointed the 20th of July 2009 as

the date when the said regulations shall be deemed to have come

into force.
