Commissioner of Land (Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2)

Order, 2010

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Ordinance, the President of Malta has made

the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Commissioner of Land Citation.

(Transfer of Rights and Liabilities) (No. 2) Order, 2010.

The land described in article 4 is hereby specified for the Specified land.

shown bordered in red on plan P.D. 2009_572, which plan is enrolled

in the Records of Notary Diana Charles by virtue of a deed of the 8th

January, 2010.
